Tai Chi Easy … into Sunday

Tai Chi Easy is an easy, gentle practice of self care that combines methods of traditional Tai Chi and Qigong. Our leader, Kim Morton, is a trained TCE leader. Karen Roof says, “Come Sunday! Give yourself a physical, mental and breath hug to start your day!”

Kim says, “I love it because it is highly adaptable for all bodies, standing or sitting, providing calming physical and mental health benefits. No experience or special clothing needed – come and enjoy gently moving and breathing together!”
