Kim Humann shares her Tajikistan experience
Dr. Kim Humann spent about eight months in Tajikistan for Doctors without Borders, serving as the Mental Health Activity Manager for tuberculosis patients.
She’s home, and eager to share her experiences with us, including how our Pockets of Plenty offering helped children and families. Mark your calendars for Saturday, July 22, 6 p.m., to hear her story, see pictures and enjoy a special Central Asian Plov (rice pilaf). The program will be in the Riverview Room.
