Easy Tai Chi
Tai Chi Easy™ is a simplified practice of Tai Chi and Qigong developed by Roger Jahnke, O.M.D. He is also author of the book, “The Healer Within”. Tai Chi Easy™ practice is one of simple, gentle movement and breath, cultivating our own dynamic & ever-present life energy with calming physical and emotional health benefits. Asian cultures call this self-healing energy Qi (Chi). These techniques are easy to learn and require no special knowledge, training or physical ability. Join in practicing with Kim Morton on Sunday mornings before service. Practice is open to all – all bodies are welcome!
