Bring your Body and Soul to church on Sunday mornings! A small and steady group, along with drop-ins – always welcome! – meet Sunday mornings to practice Tai Chi Easy before Service, in the Fireside Room. We’ll keep it going through March at least.
And, we are evolving to become collaborative, depending on who is present, welcoming each other’s lead in sharing gentle movement practice that supports and revitalizes our body and spirit. It is a wonderful way to shift focus from Sunday morning logistics, to calm awareness before our 10:30 worship gathering. All bodies and abilities are welcome! Please feel free to join us at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday morning. You don’t need to wear any special clothing or shoes. It’s easy to do in your Sunday best.
