DESCRIPTION:Brooke Anderson will lead a weekly meditation through the season of Advent. The meditation will be a  30-minute Zoom call with the first 10 minutes as a time of reflection and the following 20 minutes as quiet and restful sitting.\n\nThe meditation is intended as a safe space for individuals to come and bear witness to each others’ grief, as well as honor their (your) own in community.  This sit is not intended for processing verbally, rather sharing intentional quiet (space) together.\n\nBrooke Anderson has a background in social work and hospice.
